
UPSC Civil Services Exam: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the grades of those Civil Services Exam 2020 candidates who had given the interview and unfortunately their final selection could not be made. UPSC has released the names, brands, roll number, date of birth, home address, educational qualification and email ID of these candidates on its official website upsc.gov.in. This UPSC list contains the details of only those candidates who made it to the application round and chose to make their details public in the application form. UPSC has released the Marks (Total Marks out of 2025) of 964 such candidates.
Let us tell you that on September 24, the final results of the 2020 Civil Service Survey were released, according to which a total of 761 candidates have been nominated for appointment for 836 vacancies. The result of the reserve list for the remaining posts was later announced, in which 75 candidates were nominated.

As per the order of the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, the figures of the shortlisted candidates for the interview have been released. This will help several other companies and employers to build a database of suitable candidates. As part of this disclosure scheme, other companies can use this database to find suitable candidates. Employers check the candidates’ numbers and data from this database and offer them jobs. In such situation, the candidates who participate in the interview can get a private job offer.
Selection is through, among others, UPSC Civil Services for Indian Administrative Services (IAS), Indian Police Services (IPS) and Indian Foreign Services (IFS), Railway Group A (Indian Railway Accounts Service). The UPSC Civil Services Exam is administered in three stages each year: the Preliminary Exam, the Main Exam and the Interview. The final merit list will be released based on the performance in the main exam and interview.
