In this episode today we are going to tell you about a personality whose journey to success was very challenging and interesting. We are talking about IPS officer Premsukh Delu. He got a government job after passing 12 exams in 6 years and eventually became an IPS officer. Often people set a goal in their life, after they achieve a small part of that goal, they give up their efforts. But Premsukh Delu set goals in life one after the other and achieved them with hard work and dedication. He didn’t stop until he reached the pinnacle of success.

Premsukh comes from a farming family

IPS Premsukh Delu is originally from Rasisar village in Nokha Tehsil in Bikaner district. He was born on April 3, 1988. His father is a farmer. Premsukh is the youngest of 4 siblings. His family’s financial condition was not good. His father used to ride a camel cart to transport people’s goods from one place to another. Since childhood, Prem thinks about lifting his family out of poverty by becoming a government official. Before this, his entire focus remained solely on studies. Premsukh Delu studied until the 10th of the government school of his own village. After this he completed his further studies at Government Dungar College, Bikaner. From here he did his MA in history and was a gold medalist. He also passed the UGC-NET and JRF History exams.

Became Patwari only after graduation

Premsukh Delu’s older brother is a police officer in the Rajasthan Police Department. It was he who inspired Prem for competitive exams. Premsukh first appeared in the competitive exam after completing his graduation in the year 2010. He applied for the Patwari recruitment and got successful in it. But after that he understood that his potential was much more than this. While doing Patwari’s work, he also obtained his master’s degree and also passed NET.

Constantly cracking exams

After completing his studies, Premsukh Delu took the Rajasthan Gram Sevak exam in which he obtained the second rank. After this, he took the exam of Assistant Jailor and was ranked first in all of Rajasthan. Even before he got to the jailer’s post, the results of the sub-inspector’s investigation also came and he was selected for that too. After passing so many exams, the common man becomes complacent and tries to settle down by getting a job done. But even after that, Premsukh didn’t stop and cleaned the NET and passed the B.Ed exam. After this he got the position of lecturer at the college. During this time, he decided to take the Civil Service Examination.

While working at the Tax Office, he was assisted in resolving land and real estate related matters. With the knowledge of all this and your studies in the UPSC exam, you can become an IPS officer. Premsukh said that he used to set small goals, if he was successful in that, the goal would become big. In the end, he was able to fulfill his dream.
