RRB NTPC Result: Over 7 lakh candidates selected for Railway NTPC Level-2 Exam

RRB NTPC CBT-1 Result: Railways said on Saturday it has selected more than seven lakh candidates for 35,281 posts of the non-technical popular category (NTPC). A total of 7,05,620 candidates have been selected for the NTPC Level-2 exam.

On behalf of the Railways, it was said that the selection of candidates at each level was done individually, based on their educational qualification and options. 20 times more candidates have been called up for each stage of Computer Based Test (CBT) compared to the vacancies of any RRB (Railway Recruitment Board). It was also informed that if multiple candidates have achieved the same marks on the cut-off, they will all be called up. Based on the merit achieved in the second degree CGT, the candidates will be selected for the third degree examination in which eight times the number of candidates will be called against the number of vacancies.

The final result will contain 35,281 vacancies. The Railways has been informed that the candidate selected for the senior level post cannot be excluded from participating in the CBT of the second stage of the lower level office. The CBT-2 exam will be held on February 14 and 18 this year. RRB may release the RRB NTPC Admit Card for CBT-2 by the last week of January 2022.
