Earlier said Dr. Garg, in a written response to Member Sandeep Sharma’s original question, that construction work for Triple IT Phase A by Rijkswaterstaat has started from October 1, 2020 and Phase B construction work has started from January 4, 2021. He said in the eighth meeting of the Board of Directors of the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kota, held on February 24, 2022, the Central Public Works has been asked to accelerate the construction work and the institute to purchase furniture and fixtures, machinery and equipment and set up laboratories etc. Instructions have been given to complete the work by September 30, 2022 so that the administrative and educational activities can be started by December 31, 2022 by moving the institute to Kota. Garg informed that during the evaluation of the eighth meeting of the Board of Directors of Triple IT on February 24, 2022, the Chief Secretary, on behalf of the Board of Directors, has prohibited Rijkswaterstaat from fully completing the construction work on time. went.
