Senior Manager:

2. The candidate must have passed the Punjabi language of Matric Standard. AND Candidate who failed to pass the Punjabi language of Matric Standard must obtain it within two years from the date of appointment.

Administrators:

1. Postgraduate with 50% credits from a recognized university. OR MFC/MBA 50% Marks from a recognized University. OR Chartered Accountant OR Graduate with 55% credits from a recognized university. OR Graduated with 50% credits from a recognized university and CAIIB (both parts)
2. The candidate must have passed the Punjabi language of Matric Standard.

Information technology officers:

1. The candidate must have 50% credits/equivalent grade in MCA/M.Sc. Information technology from a recognized university. OR 55% points/equivalent grade in BE/B.Tech. / BSc Engineering degree from a recognized university in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics and Communication Engineering.
2. The candidate must have passed the Punjabi exam of the admission standard.

Clerk-cum data entry operators:

1. The candidate must graduate (2nd division) (any stream) OR Post-graduation pass (any stream) b) Diploma/Certificate (minimum 6 months) in computer from an ISO certified institute
2. The candidate must have passed the Punjabi Language exam of Matriculation standard.

Note: As per the recent announcement, it is not necessary to have a six month computer degree for candidates applying for the position of Clerk-Cum-Data Entry Operators B.Tech in Computers/Electronics/IT and BCA/B.Sc. (IT) / MCA / PGDCA of recognized institutions

Shorthand typists:

1. The candidate must be a Graduate (2nd Division) (any stream) OR Post Graduation Pass (any stream). b) Diploma/certificate (minimum 6 months) in computer from an ISO certified institute
2. The candidate must know the speed of Punjabi and English shorthand @ 80 wpm and transcription @ 20 wpm
3. The candidate must have passed the Punjabi Language exam of Matriculation standard.

Essential experience from PSCB

senior manager: Candidate must be directly recruited as a Scale I officer i.e. PO/MT or equivalent and must have at least five years of experience working as scale I or senior official at a public sector bank. or Minimum of five years experience as an assistant manager/manager in the Punjab State Cooperative Bank or any other Central Cooperative Bank in the state of Punjab. or Minimum of 5 years experience as a Grade-A Officer in NABARD/RBI.

PSCB age limit

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 37 years
• Senior age leisure for SC or already employed by other Punjab Cooperative Institution: 42 years
• Senior age leisure for candidates who have been employed by The Punjab State Cooperative Bank Ltd. Chandigarh and those employed by District Central Cooperative Banks of Punjab: 47 years
• Easing the senior age for ex-servicemen candidates is according to the Punjab Govt. regulations.
