There is good news for the students who are interested in the polytechnic course. The Joint Entrance Examination Council (JEECUP) will not conduct written exam for admission into Post Diploma in Industrial Safety of L Group from Session 2022-23 in Polytechnic Institutes of Uttar Pradesh.

As per the announcement made on the official website of Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh, there will be no written examination for admission into Group L post diploma courses, but the candidates will be admitted based on their performance during the interview. The application form considered for admission will be shortlisted and only those candidates will be invited for an interview. Depending on the number of candidates, the exam times and shifts will be listed on the official website jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Candidates keep checking the official website from time to time.

Manoj Kumar, Director of Technical Education, said that this new course i.e. Post Diploma in Industrial Safety is given for people working in industry. Post Diploma in Industrial Safety is a one year course and the fee would be about 11 thousand. For admission herein, two engineering graduates part in an industry, five years for a qualified chemistry or physics graduate and five years experience in the relevant field of work for a qualified diploma holder.

Talking about experience, the candidate must have experience in production, maintenance, safety, construction research, training and security department of a government organization. In addition, candidates should especially take into account that it is necessary at the time of admission that the candidate has a certificate of experience.
