The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Delhi has the NIFT 2022 Admission Card on January 29, 2022. Eligible candidates can download the admission card online from nift.ac.in. The entrance exam for all RUG/PG programs will take place on February 06, 2022.
NIFT 2022 aspirants must have the admission card on the day of the exam. The admission card contains the details of the candidates submitted while filling the application form.
How to Download the NIFT 2022 Admission Card:
Step 1: Go to the official website — nift.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the ‘admissions’ button available on the home page.
Step 3: Click on the ‘NIFT Admit Card 2022’ link marked on the website.
Step 4: Enter two of the credentials below in the login portal window:
- Application number
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- E-mail identity
Step 5: After filling in the details, click on the ‘send’ button.
Step 6: Download and save the access card for future use.
It should be kept even after the NIFT 2022 result is off. Also, they must keep the admission card safe until the admission process is over.
NIFT admission card contains important details related to the exam. The data on the admission card is the candidate’s full name, roll number, date of birth (DOB), category, name of the course you have applied for, date and duration of the exam, application number, photo, signature, instructions for the NIFT exam 2022.
Candidates are required to follow a set of guidelines while appearing for the exams. The use of mobile telephones or other study material is not permitted during the exam. Any unfair means during the exam will result in your entry being disqualified.
NIFT annually organizes the Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT) for admission to RUG/PG courses such as B.Des, M.Des, BFTech, MFTech, MFM. In GAT, the questions are asked from Communication ability, English understanding, Quantitative ability, Analytical ability, General knowledge and Current affairs. On the other hand, CAT tests the candidate’s intuitive ability, observation ability in concept development and design ability.
Due to the COVID-19 situation in the country, the NIFT 2022 entrance exam will be conducted as an online supervised exam. The final results are expected to be announced in May 2022.
After the Declaration of Result – CAT/GAT, the shortlisted candidates are to appear for Counseling.
