
The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the revised exam schedule for JEE Main 2022 on Wednesday. Both sessions of the Engineering Entrance Exam have been rescheduled. According to the official statement, the agency has decided to make changes to the exam schedule “based on the numerous comments received from the candidates”. Previously, the JEE Main 2022 Session-1 was scheduled for April 21, 24, 25, 29 and May 1 and 4. According to the revised exam schedule, Session 1 will be held from June 20-29. Likewise, according to the previous schedule, JEE Main 2022 session-2 would run from May 24-29, which has now been postponed to July 21-30.
The registration process for session-1 is already over and the online registration window for session-2 will be available soon on the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Contrary to the previous decision not to provide a correction window to Session 1 applicants, the NTA has also made a correction window available. The correction window is available from April 6 to April 8 (9 p.m.) at: jeemain.nta.nic.in. After which “NTA will not undergo any correction in details under any circumstances,” the statement added.
