The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur has passed the GATE 2022 exam for all 29 subject papers. The analysis and the unofficial answer key for the exam have also been released. However, the candidates are now waiting for the official answer key and the result. The official answer key of GATE 2022 will be released on February 21, 2022. The results of the exam will be announced on March 17, 2022.
Before the answer key is released, IIT-KGP will also release the GATE 2022 answer sheet. It will be released on February 15, 2022. Using the answer key and answer sheet, candidates can easily predict raw grades for the exam. It should be noted that the GATE 2022 response key will be released as a PDF and along with it; a question paper will also be released. The answer sheet, on the other hand, is released under the GOAPS.
First, the preliminary answer key is released and then the challenge window opens. Candidates can challenge the answer key from February 22-25, 2022. After that, the final answer key and GATE 2022 result will be announced.
Candidates can download the answer key by following the steps below:
Step 1: Go to gate.iitkgp.ac.in and search for “GATE 2022 answer key and question paper link.
Step 2: Clicking the link will open a new page. It contains a table in which a column stands for ‘paper name’, ‘questionnaire’ and ‘answer key’.
Step 3: Use Ctrl+F to find your paper code and then download the GATE 2021 question form and answer key.
Candidates can also challenge the answer key of GATE 2022 if they find an error in the given answer key. Candidates who want to challenge the given answer key should know how to do it.
Step 1: Go to GATE 2022 GOAPS by entering your email ID and password.
Step 2: In the dashboard, there is an option for “Match Answer Key”, click on it.
Step 3: After this, candidates are required to upload the Section and Question Number, Contest Justification and Support Document.
Step 4: Finally, “View the disputed question” and click the “Submit” button.
Please note that the challenge will only be accepted if the payment of Rs. 500/ question passed. The GATE 2022 result will be released on March 17, 2022. Below are the steps to check GATE 2022 result.
Step 1 – Visit the official website gate.iitkgp.ac.in.
Step 2 – The next step is to access the GOAPS login. To gain entry, candidates must enter an email ID and password.
Step 3 – After entering the details correctly, the candidates have to click on the “send” button.
Step 4 – After this, GOAPS will open and candidates will be able to check their GATE 2021 result.
