We propose to set up a boarding school for homeless children,” Sisodia said in his budget speech.

He also announced that the Delhi government would set up a School Science Museum in a school in Delhi, as well as launch the Business Blasters program in private schools. Let us tell you that Business Blasters is a TV show started by the Delhi government last year to attract people to invest in business ideas of 11th and 12th grade students.

Under this scheme, students will each receive an initial grant of 2,000 to work on their business ideas. According to the government, three government lakh students have so far received this amount, with about 51,000 business ideas.

Delhi’s deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia called the 2022-23 budget ’employment budget’. Manish Sisodia on Saturday presented a budget of Rs 75,800 crore in the General Assembly for the fiscal year 2022-23, an increase of 9.86 percent from the previous budget. It must be known that the budget for fiscal year 2021-22 was ₹69,000 crore. This is the eighth consecutive budget of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi.

Employment for women is an important part of the ‘Work Budget’. Under the ‘Smart Urban Farming’ initiative, 25,000 new jobs will become available for women. He said women have lost the most jobs due to the pandemic. “Every rupee the government spends from the budget, we will conduct an employment audit to understand how many jobs have been created,” Sisodia said.
