
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) application process for admission to undergraduate programs starts tomorrow, April 6. Candidates will find the online application form for: CUET 2022 on the official website – cuet.samarth.ac.in – and all other details will also be available on the NTA official website – nta.nic.in†
The entrance exam CUET, 2022 will be taken in the first week of July. The three and a half hour computerized admission test will be conducted in two shifts.
† No changes to the quota of reserved seats
CUET is mandatory for all 45 UGC-funded central universities, which means that minority institutions such as AMU and JMI will also have to apply the eligibility criteria for admission.
-NTA to conduct CUET two-slot entrance exam
The NTA will conduct the CUET 2022 entrance examination in two slots. The first slot consists of a language test, two domain-specific papers and a general test. The second slot of the 2022 CUET exam includes four domain-specific subjects and one optional language subject. The CUET syllabus will mirror the syllabus of NCERT’s Class 12 model.

Step 1: Visit the official website of CUET or NTA.
Step 2: On the home page, click on the link ‘CUET 2022 Registration’.
Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Register and proceed with the application form.
Step 5: Upload the required documents and pay the registration fee online.

† International students exempt from CUET
International students seeking admission into Indian universities are exempt from CUET. Their recordings will be performed on the existing supernumerary basis.

According to the UGC statement, the entrance examination for CUET 2022 will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and will be conducted in 13 languages: Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Urdu, Assamese, Bengali, Punjabi, Odia and English
– CUET syllabus based on Class 12 NCERT textbooks
The UGC president said the three-and-a-half-hour computer-based admission test will only contain multiple-choice questions based on the content of Class 12 NCERT textbooks. CUET will essentially consist of three parts. Students are assessed negatively for incorrect answers.
Candidates are not allowed to use calculator in CUET 2022 entrance examination. The students have to make all the calculations themselves. Any candidate caught with a calculator during the exams will face appropriate repercussions.
