CTET 2021 Latest News: CBSE has decided to give one more chance to all those candidates who failed to appear for Paper-1 on December 16, 2021. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a notice stating that the candidates who failed to appear during Paper 1 on 16 experiencing technical difficulties in December 2021, may appear in the second shift on January 17, 2022, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. PM may participate.

Actually, the CTET 2021 exam was held from December 16, 2021 to January 13, 2022. But on December 16, Paper-2 and on December 17, 2021, both Paper-1 and 2 were postponed. Both papers could not be executed due to a technical problem. The CBSE decided to administer these later and the exams to be held on other days were administered. These exams will now take place on January 17, 2022 and January 21, 2022.

At the same time, CBSE has now decided to give Paper-I candidates another chance on December 16, 2021. CBSE’s official statement states that a number of candidates were unable to complete/attempt the exam of Paper 1 (1st Shift) on 12/16/2021 due to technical issues. Those candidates are informed that their Exam of Paper 1 will be conducted on 17/01/2022 (Monday) in the 2nd shift i.e. from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

Candidates who were unable to complete or appear Paper 1 for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET 2021) can download their revised admission cards from the official website, ctet.nic.in. Below you will find the way to download the access card.

Step 1: Visit CTET’s official website, ctet.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the ‘CTET Admission Card’ link on the home page.
Step 3: Log in by entering your application number and password.
Step 4: Click on Admit Card screen.
Step 5: Download it and print it for further reference.

Kindly inform us that CBSE CTET 2021 Revised Schedule was released on January 11. The exams of December 16 take place on January 17 and the exams of December 17 on January 21 in two shifts: 9.30 am to 12 noon and 2.30 pm to 5 pm. Any change with regard to the exam center, the exam location and the date will not be considered by the Council. For more details, candidates are advised to visit the official website of CTET.
