The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Orissa released a revised schedule (BSE Madhyama and SOSC Examination Date 2022) for Madhyamik (Class 10) and State Open School Certificate Examination (SOSCE) on Wednesday in light of the rising heat. Now these examinations will not be conducted in the second shift. BSE said the 10th and open school exams (SOSCE) were previously scheduled to be conducted from May 2 and May 4 in 11:30 a.m. shifts, but given the increasing heat, the timetable of the exam has been changed. Is given. According to the changed schedule, the exams will start from May 9 and May 10 in the first shift at 800 hours.

However, students should note that no change has been made to the High School Certificate (HSC), i.e. the 12th exam schedule. The high school exam will be conducted on April 29 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on schedule. A total of 5.85 lakh students take the high school exam. The exam is administered in 3,303 centers where 35,000 teachers supervise the exam. In addition, the board has established 38 special squadrons and 65 flying squadrons to monitor malpractice during the investigation.

Minister of School and Mass Education SR Das said that mobile phones are not allowed in the exam centers and that camera surveillance has been installed in the exam centers for fair and transparent conduct of the exam. In addition, the minister said that the Chief Secretary has asked the energy distribution companies to ensure electricity and water supply at the examination centres.

The Department of Skills Development and Technical Education has issued a notice saying that due to the rising heat, physical classes in all technical institutions will remain closed while exams are held on time. Earlier, an order was issued to keep the state’s schools and colleges closed for 5 days. All schools in the state will be closed until April 26, April 30, and university classes will also be closed from April 27 to May 2.
