patna: In Bihar, incidents of crime have increased again in recent times. The latest case involves Shahbazpur under the Ahiyapur Police Station in Muzaffarpur district, where intrepid criminals broke into his own home and killed a young engineer and hung his body in his home. News of the murder spread like wildfire in the area. After this, once the information was received, the police team from Ahiyapur Police Station reached the spot and started investigating the incident.
According to the information received, Ashutosh Anand, the engineer son of high school teacher Dayanand Shahi, was brutally murdered when he was alone in the house in Raghopur village in Shahbazpur below Ahiyapur Police Station. Police said he and his family had a minor argument with a young man who lived near the house on Monday. The victims’ relatives have accused a woman who lives nearby and her son of murder and said he is of a criminal nature.
On Tuesday morning, teacher Shahi’s daughter and wife had gone to Patna for treatment. Around 2pm, Dayashankar Prasad Shahi also went to the market for some work. Meanwhile, taking the opportunity, the miscreants strangled Ashutosh to death, bound his hands and feet, and hung him in the house half-naked with the help of a rope. When Ashutosh’s father, teacher Dayashankar Prasad, returned to the royal family at 6:00 PM, he found the son dead.
He inquired about this to the Ahiyapur Police Station. The station manager immediately reached the spot with the force and took possession of the dead body and sent it to the hospital for postmortem. District SP Rajesh Kumar said the real reason behind the murder is unknown at this time, the investigation is ongoing, the situation will be clear only after the post-mortem report comes out.
