BSEB Matric 10th Result 2022: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) announced the result of the entrance examination, Class 10 exam 2022 on Thursday, March 31. The pass rate this year was 79.88 percent with 12.86 lakh (12,86,971) students achieving success in the entrance exam, exam class 10. The top performers in the matric exam are Ramayani Roy with 487 points, followed by Saniya Kumari, Vivek Kumar Thakur who together secured the second position with 486 points and Pragya Kumari took the third place with 485 points. A total of 4.24 lakh (4.24.597) students obtained first division, second division-5.10 lakh (5,10,441), third division 3.47 lakh (3.47.637). More than 6.78 lakh (6.78,110) boys passed the matric exam as compared to 6.08 lakh (6,08,861) girls. A total of 17 lakh students appeared for the entrance examination, class 10 exam this year, which was held from February 17 to 24. Last year, the pass rate in the entrance exam reached 78.17 percent compared to 80.59 percent in 2020. To pass the Class 10 BSEB exam, students must obtain a minimum of 30 percent points in the 10th BSEB result. Candidates must also score a minimum of sufficient marks in all individual subjects. The students who are unable to obtain the minimum number of passes for one or two subjects must appear for a compartmental exam.
Those who fail to obtain at least sufficient marks in one or two subjects must appear for a compartmental exam to improve their performance. To get a pass certificate from Bihar Board, students must obtain a minimum of 33 percent. The students have to score the minimum marks separately in both the theory and practical papers. In the case of theory papers, even those with 30 percent points will make the paper.
