Candidates with experience are preferred in debtor management and risk management portfolios
National Phone Manager	A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. From India/Government. authorities/AICTE. Minimum 14 years experience in a bank / NBFC with 10 years of experience in Collection profile and managed to at least one large zone/ region for a minimum period of 5 years. Candidates with experience are preferred in tele†calling collection function (Every Product) for a minimum period of 5 years
Head of Project & Process – Accounts Receivable	A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. From India/Government. authorities/AICTE. Minimum by 12 years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC in Collection profile † management by several Amounts still to be received process, projects and system implementation. Candidates with experience are preferred in Central Support Function in Receivable Management
National debtor manager	A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. From India/Government. authorities/AICTE. Minimum 20 years experience in a bank / NBFC with 15 years of experience in Collection Profile. Candidates with experience are preferred of settlement of collection portfolio in Mortgage/ PL/ Auto/ Agri loan products
Zonal debtor manager	A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. From India/Government. bodies/AICTE Minimum 15 years experience in a bank / NBFC with 12 years’ experience in Collection profile and should to have Managed at least one region/zone for at least 2 years
Vice President – Strategy Manager	A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. From India/Government. bodies/AICTE At least 15 years of banking experience NBFC. Candidates with experience are preferred in Receivable Management function in devising strategies for: collections/sales.
Dy. Vice President – Strategy Manager	Graduated from a government recognized university or institution. Minimum 10 years of experience ina bank/NBFC. Candidates with experience are preferred in Receivable Management function in devising strategies for: collections/sales.
Supplier manager	A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. From India/Government. bodies/AICTE Minimum of 8 years experience in a bank/NBFC. Candidates with experience are preferred of treatment Collection portfolio.
Compliance Manager	A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. From India/Government. authorities/AICTE. Minimum of 8 years experience in a bank/NBFC. Candidates with experience are preferred of handling the collection portfolio.
Regional debtor manager	A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. From India/Government. authorities/AICTE. Minimum of 10 years experience in a bank / NBFC with 5 years’ experience in Collection profile and should to have Managed at least one major state/territory for at least 1 year. Preference will be given to candidates with ag experience from handling the collection portfolio in one of the Retail Assets Products.
