Results for All India Bar Examination, or AIBE XVI, was released on the official website of AIBE — allindiabarexamination.com on February 3, 2022. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their result on AIBE website.
AIBE XVI is a certification-based exam that is mandatory for law graduates seeking a Certificate of Practice (CoP) from the Bar Association of India (BCI).
AIBE XVI Result: Here’s How To Check
Step 1: Visit the official website — allindiabareexamination.com
Step 2: Find the notification that says ‘Notification related to results for AIBE-XVI’ and click on the link ‘click here’.
Step 3: Enter your role number and date of birth.
Step 4: Your result will open in a new window or tab. Download and save it for future use.
In case someone has forgotten their role number, the candidate can click on the button ‘In case you forgot the role, don’t click here’. After that, the candidate will be asked to provide a registration ID or mobile number and date of birth.
The AIBE XVI exam had taken place on October 31, 2021 and the Bar Association of India (BCI) had released the AIBE XVI answer keys on November 9, 2021. Now the result has been announced, taking into account the objections of students after releasing the AIBE answer key.
BCI has issued the minimum cut-offs for AIBE exams (40 percent for general category and 35 percent for SC and ST). All candidates with a score equal to or higher than the minimum cut-off will be deemed to have passed the exam.
Now, on the basis of AIBE XVI result, qualified candidates are awarded the Certificate of Practice (COP) for practicing law in an Indian court.
