
The Bar Association of India (BCI) has announced that: AIBE XVI Result 2021. Candidates can view the results online at allindiabareexamination.com. AIBE XVI 2021 was conducted on October 31, 2021. The qualified candidates will now receive a Certificate of Practice (CoP).
Candidates can submit a request to the AIBE to recheck the result. To request a new check of the result, the candidates must apply online by entering the roll number and date of birth.
The candidates who obtain the sufficient marks according to the BCI will only be considered qualified in the AIBE XVI and will receive the CoP. BCI will send the CoP to the eligible candidates a few days after the results are announced. Candidates from General category with 40 percentage points in AIBE 16 are eligible to pass the CoP while candidates from SC and ST categories need 35% points to be considered qualified for the exam.
After the candidate has received the CoP, he/she will be able to work as a lawyer in India. The CoP contains the data such as the name of the candidate, the name of the parent/spouse, the registration number, the registration number, the roll number, the photo and signature and the signatures of the BCI member.
The main purpose of this exam is to examine the ability of a lawyer so that he/she could practice the profession of law in India. This exam tests the basic skills, analytical ability and basic knowledge of law. All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 16 was an exam conducted by the BCI to analyze the knowledge of the candidates regarding the law and to give the eligible candidates the certificate to work as a lawyer in India. The exam consisted of 100 multiple choice questions.
