Minister of Education Dr. BD Kalla launched the 2021 primary school staffing reshuffle on Tuesday. Kalla said school positions have been allocated through the reshuffling of staffing patterns to ensure teacher availability in line with the unprecedented increase in enrollment in primary schools. He said that in this process done online on the Shala Darpan portal of the Department of Education, more than 10,000 posts were created in the department, including about 8,000 posts for level one and two teachers, 124 posts for senior teachers and 2232 messages for physical teachers.

Kalla said that by changing the old guidelines, if there are more than 10 students who want to study a third language, an additional position of third language teacher has been assigned at the school. Also, to replace the old provision, the position of physical education teacher has been assigned to the upper years of primary school with 105 registrations instead of 120.
